IA Design was engaged by GDI Property Group to complete a show suite within Level 10, 5 Mill Street. The key driver for this show suite was to market the small space and ‘stair access only’ in a flexible, sophisticated and welcoming environment.
The fit-out uses a rich palette of blacks, greys and blues that would appeal to a wide variety of potential tenants. With a striking entry into the tenancy, feature carpet and a harmonious palette, the impressive space gives an impact as soon as you walk in, despite its limited size.
The show suite was used as a show piece for potential tenants to see what opportunities are available in such a limited amount of space. The tenancy has since been successfully leased.
