IA Design has delivered previous show suite and base build upgrade works within 66 St Georges Terrace. The IA Design team developed a look and feel that would be applied to multiple levels to establish a consistent identity.
The lift lobby was refurbished with materials identical to what was used downstairs within level 6. The bathrooms were also renewed using the standard IA Design developed. The Brief was to design a tenancy with flexibility as a key driving factor. The show suite needed to be flexible enough in design that should it be required it could be split into two tenancies at a later date.
IA Design retained the existing offices as a point of difference from other show suite offerings. The final design is an impressive, spacious tenancy.
