Landgate is the guardian of property ownership in Western Australia and is the custodian of the State’s local information asset. It is also growing and diversifying its business and over the next few years they expect many changes in the way they operate and how they provide services to their clients. Landgate are embracing innovation in all aspects of their business and want to extend that to the new tenancy fitout. They engaged IA Design to implement the ABW strategy for their new office space.
Staff at Landgate Perth moved to a more agile and flexible working environment which required a behavioural shift. The staff were open to, and excited for a new way of working and embraced the new technology as part of the change, moving towards a collaborative and dynamic setting. The business is changing from paper delivery to primarily electronic delivery over the course of this year. The final solutions were developed by IA Design and were an ongoing discussion throughout the duration of the project.
The front of house client interface remained but shifted from the traditional fixed barrier counter to something more akin to contemporary bank customer service. An unobtrusive boundary between front and back of house provides staff with the privacy required for their daily operations yet cultivating an inviting, friendly and welcoming customer experience.
