IA Design was engaged by APIL to design a speculative show suite for 30 The Esplanade. The driver for the project was to produce a space that showcased the potential of the space on a minimal budget – demonstrating “bang for buck”. The IA Team used their resources and relationships within the industry to design the best possible outcome for the minimal budget assigned.
The show suite creates a statement, maximizing the views over the Swan River and modernizing the building. The show suite typifies a contemporary open plan workspace, accommodating modern workstyles and appealing to a wide audience. The use of screens and greenery show an affordable alternative to privacy solutions with a sophisticated palette to appeal to a variety of tenants.
The final outcome is an impressive space delivered on a minimal budget. The show suite contributes to 30 The Esplanade as a building, providing a show piece for potential tenants to see the best that the building can offer.
