IA Design was engaged by GDI Property Group (GDI) to design and deliver a lobby and bathroom upgrade to level 7 Westralia Square. IA Design have worked alongside GDI to deliver projects in numerous buildings including 197 St Georges Terrace and 5 Mill Street.
GDI was looking to attract potential tenants to lease the vacant tenancies within Westralia Square. General building upgrades help to increase occupancy numbers by providing tenants with quality amenities for the extent of their lease hold, making it more appealing to lease the vacant spaces within the building.
This prime tenancy space has refreshed what was a dated space and it would appeal to a wide range of potential tenants with its quality finishes.
