IA Design was engaged by GDI to deliver a show suite within level 6, Westralia Square. The show suite Brief was to showcase modern and contemporary ways of working for potential tenants looking at the building.
Recent studies have shown that workplace design needs to capture the practical deliverables to enable the organization to deliver their business offerings in an environment which engages the staff and clients. Employee engagement positively correlates with workplace satisfaction which results in higher employee retention, productivity and ultimately profits. IA Design work to showcase this within show suites.
The IA Design aim is to develop well designed show suites and workplaces that extract maximum return from any building floorplate, approaching every project in a holistic manner considering all aspects of the space including furniture, finishes, materials, signage, look and feel.
