IMAGING CENTRAL

Imaging Central engaged IA Design to create a welcoming, open and professional environment for their staff and clients. The brief sought a comfortable and safe working environment for employees, that facilitated client interactions in a welcoming setting.

HPS PHARMACIES

IA Design were engaged by the leading Australian pharmacy service provider, HPS Pharmacies, to deliver the national rollout of pharmacy and oncology suites within private hospitals across Australia.

ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING & INTERVENTION

The new medical clinic for Advanced Diagnostic Imaging & Intervention (ADII) is a state-of-the-art facility offering a welcoming, open, friendly and professional environment for patients and staff. IA Design were engaged to design and deliver the new clinic, working closely with ADII to design a safe working environment for employees and an appropriate space to interact with patients.

GPC ASIA PACIFIC

The IA Design team designed a multi-functional head office for GPC Asia Pacific, successfully housing the office and warehouse staff of two GPC brands (Repco and Ashdown Ingram).

AUSGRID

Following a management decision to centralise the Ausgrid underground, overhead, substation and cross-docking operations, the IA Design team designed and developed a multi-functional site to house all departments in Ausgrid’s existing Potts Hills location.

GEORGE STREET END-OF-TRIP

The End of Trip Facility at 363 George St was designed by IA Design for ISPT Super Property. The EOT Facility occupies 3 basement levels in an existing office tower which is having a major lift foyer refurbishment, still under construction.

SPICERS POTTS POINT RETREAT

Spicers Retreats pride themselves in providing boutique experiences at their hotel retreats and with this project, Spicers set out to create a ‘flagship’ hotel experience in Sydney. IA Design were engaged to work closely with the Spicers project team, led by Coop Creative, and construction partner Built to develop options for the selected Potts Point Properties.

WESTRALIA SQUARE LOBBY

IA Design was engaged to deliver the Westralia Square lobby at 141 St Georges Terrace, after previously delivering a floor upgrade to level 7. The Brief was to reposition the building to target a corporate tenant whilst moving away from the Government stigma attached to the building from long term government tenants. It also involved clearly announcing that the building was under new ownership.

NSW TAFE ULTIMO

As part of the restructuring of TAFE, a new corporate office was required to be located in Building A of Ultimo Campus. The refurbishment, over 3 floors of the heritage listed building, provides open office space, meetings rooms, a new boardroom and collaboration/ break out spaces, required for the operation of TAFE corporate headquarters.

AMP – 2 MILL ST SHOW SUITES

IA Design were engaged by Knight Frank, on behalf of building owners (AMP) to design two show suites to assist in promoting the lease of empty spaces.

DIA BRANDS

IA Design were engaged by the creative, design-led agency, DIA Brands, to create a dynamic workspace that would impress and welcome clients.

MICRO FOCUS + SUSE

The IA Design team were commissioned by Micro Focus + Suse to transform their Melbourne headquarters into a multi-functional space – operating as a showroom, workplace and social environment.

TAYLOR OLIVIER

The brief for Taylor Olivier, Perth, was for a workspace that reflected the practice’s values and culture, while speaking to its newly established place in the legal market as both progressive and approachable.

NETWORK TEN

The IA Design team were appointed by Network Ten to design their new office fit-out, servicing all studio departments from back-of-house journalism through to on-air production.

THYSSENKRUPP

IA Design were engaged by CBRE PjM for building owners Credit Suisse to create an end-of-trip facility in the renowned Perth building, 190 St Georges Terrace. The new addition has given the building a new edge, with a lively colour palette to engage commuters.

THE CAPITAL

The IA Design team collaborated with FDC and Brisbane Marketing to design an innovative co-working environment across three levels in the Brisbane CBD. This incredible space spans 2,400m2 and features a stunning rooftop breakout and event area in an ISPT building.

DONALD CANT WATTS CORKE

Donald Cant Watts Corke (DCWC) engaged IA Design to re-establish their presence in the Perth market following a relocation to Perth’s CBD. The scope was to create a bold, contemporary and tasteful office environment that would impress clients and visitors.

BIS INDUSTRIES

Bis Industries’ decision to open their new Corporate Office in Perth presented IA Design with an opportunity to create an environment that reflected this company’s position in the Australian resource industry. Bis Industries’ brief was to “create a corporate office reflecting the Bis executive team” – a workplace that staff and clients would be proud of.
