The IA Design team worked with McGraw-Hill Education to redesign their Sydney offices, and bring to life their first ‘customer experience’ room.

IA Design worked with Primewest to create two versatile show suites to attract prospective tenants to their Australia Place tenancies.

IA Design were engaged by one of Australia’s leading fitout, refurbishment and construction firms, Renascent, to design their new head office location in St Leonards, Sydney.

IA Design were engaged by GDI to design 8 show suites in 5 Mill St to promote the building and improve tenancy.

IA Design was engaged by LWP Property Group Pty Ltd (LWP) to design and deliver their new fit out within 1060 Hay street. IA Design had previously designed and delivered a show suite within level 3 and were able to provide intimate knowledge of this building through expert knowledge, reducing costs to a minimum as a result.

IA Design was engaged by Sheffield Property to design and deliver base building upgrades and a full floor show suite in efforts to promote and draw tenants to a classic building and potentially lease floors. Recent studies shows that 87% of leasing transactions taken place in 2017, have had existing fit outs such as show suites prior to signed deals, demonstrating the major role show suites have in assisting owners in leasing tenancies. Improvement in building facilities, based on research and feedback, has also had tremendous impact on leasing opportunities.

IA Design was engaged by APIL to design a speculative show suite for 30 The Esplanade. The driver for the project was to produce a space that showcased the potential of the space on a minimal budget – demonstrating “bang for buck”. The IA Team used their resources and relationships within the industry to design the best possible outcome for the minimal budget assigned.

IA Design was engaged by Wray’s Legal (Wray’s) to complete test fits for three different tenancies that maximised the potential of each building. This was to ensure that Wray’s chose the best possible tenancy solution for both business operation and staff satisfaction. IA Design was successful in winning the design and delivery of the project and delivered Wray’s new workplace within the chosen building, level 7, 863 Hay Street.

The IA Indigenous team were engaged by Indigenous Business Australia (IBA) working with Evolve FM as Project Manager to deliver their new Sydney Office. The new workplace incorporates agile and flexible workplace design that allows for future growth.
