IA Design had previously designed and delivered a show suite within level 3 and were able to provide intimate knowledge of this building through expert knowledge, reducing costs to a minimum as a result.

Recent studies shows that 87% of leasing transactions taken place in 2017, have had existing fit outs such as show suites prior to signed deals, demonstrating the major role show suites have in assisting owners in leasing tenancies. Improvement in building facilities, based on research and feedback, has also had tremendous impact on leasing opportunities.
IA Design was engaged by APIL to design a speculative show suite for 30 The Esplanade. The driver for the project was to produce a space that showcased the potential of the space on a minimal budget – demonstrating “bang for buck”. The IA Team used their resources and relationships within the industry to design the best possible outcome for the minimal budget assigned.

This was to ensure that Wray’s chose the best possible tenancy solution for both business operation and staff satisfaction. IA’s Brisbane team were engaged by the Queensland Department of Education to design a refurbishment of their existing 980 square metre conference centre. Delivered concurrently with a brand-new Audio-Visual rollout, the brief included creating an over-arching concept and sense of meaning for the space while creating distinct personalities for the six different conference, meeting room, workshop and lab facilities.
Upon entry, the inviting and unique reception and lift lobby offers the first glimpse of the wayfinding and graphic elements featured throughout the space. We had the privilege of working with DoE’s Marketing and First Nations teams to intertwine their newly created ‘Landscape of Learning’ branding into the design to ensure they worked in harmony to tell the same stories.

Central Park levels 44 & 45 are the new consolidated Perth headquarters of the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). Comprising of two floors with a bold interconnecting staircase this 1,700m² office space has been designed to suit the demands of a 24-hour Control Room as well as meet the needs of a dynamic and highly connected workforce.
As part of the restructuring of TAFE, a new corporate office was required to be located in Building A of Ultimo Campus. The refurbishment, over 3 floors of the heritage listed building, provides open office space, meetings rooms, a new boardroom and collaboration/ break out spaces, required for the operation of TAFE corporate headquarters.
IA Design were engaged by Murdoch University to design two new areas within the Geoffrey Bolton Library.
The brief for the first of the rooms, a 24/7 Learning Commons was to revitalise the space and provide a energetic and motivating study zone which consolidates, expands and improves the student learning experience as a priority, along with functional requirements commensurate with the library and various stakeholder requirements.
ECU engaged IA Design to make major modifications to the B13 building – Broadcast Radio Facility Studio. IA Design was tasked with reconfiguring the floor plan in line with a draft schematic plan presented by ECU. The facility required varying levels of acoustic treatment, as well as demolition works and a new built environment.

Spicers Retreats pride themselves in providing boutique experiences at their hotel retreats and with this project, Spicers set out to create a ‘flagship’ hotel experience in Sydney. IA Design were engaged to work closely with the Spicers project team, led by Coop Creative, and construction partner Built to develop options for the selected Potts Point Properties.
IA Design was engaged to deliver the Westralia Square lobby at 141 St Georges Terrace, after previously delivering a floor upgrade to level 7. The Brief was to reposition the building to target a corporate tenant whilst moving away from the Government stigma attached to the building from long term government tenants.
